Maison située à la sortie de l’autoroute, mais aucun bruit n’est audible. Accueil chaleureux, rien à redire à ce niveau-là. La maison ainsi que les chambres sont propres. Cependant, les colocataires présents avec moi ne jugeaient pas nécessaire de nettoyer constamment derrière eux, d’où ma note concernant la propreté, mais cela n’est pas de la faute de la propriétaire. En revanche, reprocher à un étudiant d’avoir froid au mois de novembre et lui retirer son chauffage électrique ne relève pas des colocataires. M’accuser d’avoir cassé le pommeau du radiateur afin d’avoir plus de chaleur et exiger 150 € d’électricité pour la consommation d’un chauffage électrique qui n’est pourtant pas interdit dans le bail est excessif. Tout cela pour qu’au final, le régulateur du radiateur n’ait plus de piles et que je ne paie pas les 150 €, puisqu’il s’est avéré qu’il y avait apparemment une erreur dans son bail et qu’elle n’avait pas remarqué l’absence de la clause. Heureusement pour elle, une tache noire et un éclat de peinture sur la porte m’ont été facturés 150 € afin de faire intervenir un professionnel. Je recommande donc ce logement uniquement pour l’été et pour une courte durée.
