Four furnished bedrooms are located in a house right next to the Faculty of Medicine and the University Library. Each bedroom, offering at least 10 m² of space, is equipped with a double bed (140 cm) with pillow and duvet, a desk, storage space, and a vanity unit with a sink.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, a bathroom (the second-floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom), two toilets, a garden, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A dedicated bicycle storage area is also available.
