Marina sous des abords charmantes ..... se révèle fort différentes des lors que l'on aborde les sujets qui fâche ( 1 plaque chauffante qui fonctionne pour cuisiner pour 3 colocataires ,me concernant un matelas qui date de l'époque Néolithique dont la densité s apparente a du chamalow .un radiateur en cuisine qui ne fonctionne plus depuis 3 ans .Pour autant Marina demande des charges supplémentaires qui ne figure pas sur l annonce et prend des libertés sur un contrat de location ou elle demande de souscrire à une assurance alors que celle ci est déjà souscrite par l'entremise de Roomlala de plus aucun état des lieux puisque il est précisé que# les locaux sont réputés être loué en parfait état d' entretien et de réparation # ceux qui soit dit est une parfaite tromperie puisque Marina rechigne à sortir un sou.Pour que le décor soit complet jardin en friche avec 1 m de ronce et haie de 4 à 5 m de haut ceinturant la maison .En espérant que ce commentaire incite Marina à reconsidérer sa façon de faire pour les futurs locataires
