Furnished room in a 3-bedroom shared housing unit, less than a 10-minute walk from Cadillac metro station (green line). The apartment is simple, clean, quiet, and well-maintained, located on the 3rd floor of a triplex building, no elevator.

Only one room will be rented out, with 2 options available depending on preference after a video or in-person viewing: room #1 with a single bed; room #2, which is larger, with a double bed for 1 person, for an additional fee to be discussed.

This is not a party-oriented or student-style shared housing arrangement. Suitable for an independent, organized, reliable, and respectful person. The main occupant is a professor and researcher; the other is a quiet student. French and English spoken.

Shared spaces: kitchen, bathroom, living room, and front balcony. Non-smoker. No pets. No parties. Cleanliness and respect are expected.

Minimum 4 months, preference for a longer term. A brief introduction is requested before scheduling a viewing: current situation, desired duration, and references.
