Homestay on the ground floor of a small house with a garden, on Rue du Poteau (a 10-minute walk from Jules Joffrin; M12, M4, T3b).

8.75 m² floor area for 20 m³ volume, newly furnished: bed, desk, storage. Bed sheets and towels provided. Kitchen, bathroom, and garden are shared with me. I am an architect, quite quiet, and often at work. As the bathroom is shared, I am looking to rent to a woman.

Six-month mobility lease: this contract is intended for students, interns, apprentices, or people on temporary assignments. No security deposit (as per the rules of this lease)—the free Visale guarantee replaces it, and I will assist you with the application.

International students are welcome: I speak English and German, and a little Russian and Arabic.
