We offer a room upstairs in our house.
The room has a double bed (120cm) on a mezzanine, a desk, a sofa, and a wardrobe. It has a private bathroom and a view of the countryside.
The house is non-smoking.
Utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi) and breakfast are included. A washing machine is available.
We offer the option of sharing an evening meal for a small fee to share in our family life.
We would like to host a student; having a car is necessary as public transportation is limited in our area. Our house is located in a small, secure complex with easy and free parking.
We are 15 minutes from Sophia Antipolis, 5 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Antibes town center, and 10 minutes from Cannes.

The accommodation is situated in a very beautiful and quiet place. Eric and his family are very nice and respectful people, and everything is as announced. I would recommend this place to anyone! (Although you DO need a means of transportation, since it's a bit far from the nearest bus stop, but a bike or an electric scooter is more than enough.)
