In Matthäusplatz: We rent temporarily (ideally for 3-6 months) in our single-family house a one-room apartment with private bathroom and a big kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd (kitchen, balcony and a toilet) and 4th floor (room and bathroom), separate from the rest of the house. Very quiet and with a nice terrace on the garden side.
Who we are: an Italian family (musician and librarian) with a 16 years old son.
Who we are looking for: a person who appreciates peace and quiet and has a fairly regular schedule. To get to the apartment you have to pass through the middle of our house.
We speak: English, German, Italian and French
Price: including heating, Wi-fi, sheets and towels.
You can borrow a bicycle while you stay with us.
