Monthly rental
Ideal for cross-border commuters to Switzerland, students, or young professionals. The house has two bedrooms and an office. I am the host and I occupy one of the bedrooms. I am looking for a nice roommate for a quiet shared housing arrangement, preferably for the long term.

A little about me: I am 32 years old and am often in the mountains on weekends, so the house is generally very quiet.

The house is pleasant with several shared spaces:
- Equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, American-style fridge, freezer, large countertop, and bar with four stools.
- Living room open to the kitchen with TV and dining table.
- Two bathrooms with toilets (one upstairs and one on the ground floor).
- Covered terrace and garden.
- Two parking spaces.
