The monthly rent is based on a maximum occupancy of 21 nights. The nightly rate increases for an occupancy of fewer nights per month. Sorry, APL (housing benefits) are not available. A security deposit of 1000 euros, in the form of an uncashed cheque, is required upon handover of the keys. Tenant reviews prior to 2019 do not concern this accommodation!
