For a student or an apprentice in Paris, or for a professional who needs to return to the office when not teleworking, find your own private room and share the bathroom and kitchen with me in this shared housing arrangement! Located in the centre of Paris on the Left Bank, between the Butte-aux-Cailles, an old Parisian neighbourhood with its lively bars and restaurants, and the pretty village of Les Peupliers with its charming little houses, my 62 m² non-smoking apartment is warm and welcoming and is located on the 6th floor with an elevator. The monthly rent is based on a maximum occupancy of 21 nights. The nightly rate increases for an occupancy of fewer nights per month. Sorry, APL (housing benefits) are not available. A security deposit of 1000 euros, in the form of an uncashed cheque, is required upon handover of the keys. Tenant reviews prior to 2019 do not concern this accommodation!
