Independent but not alone, you will have a suite with a 15 m² bedroom that opens onto a bathroom on one side and a private kitchenette and a flowering terrace on the other. My living space is located on the street side. The apartment is quiet, on the second floor (North American equivalent of first floor), and without an elevator. You are right in the city centre, a few minutes from bus routes and all amenities, and a 15-minute walk from the train station. I host students and/or young professionals; a contract must be signed.
