The room is deceptively spacious as it has capacity for 4 individuals to share. there is a double bed, a double sofa bed and a cot can be provided upon request. The rent advertised is for a single person and any additional guests have a nominal charge per person. the person booking is responsible for the other guests as any damage will need to be paid for. The room is well lit and overlooks the garden. The bathroom is shared with a single person and the house is quiet as one of the two long standing tenants works shifts from home. There is a cleaner who cleans all communal areas including the shower approx once a week so the house is kept very clean. the utility provides ample space with heated dryers and in the garden there is a large patio which can be used. The host is always on hand to support and the host will provide keys upon arrival so time must be communicated on day of arrival. There is ample street parking and onsite parking is available on a first come first serve
