Hello, for female students only. Double room/studio for rent in a century-old apartment in the Ahuntsic neighbourhood. A 7-minute walk from Henri-Bourassa metro station. A few steps from the Rivière des Prairies, a bike path, and all essential shops nearby. The room faces the boulevard directly, the floors creak, and there are gaps under the doors, so if you are a light sleeper, this may not be ideal for you unless you sleep with earplugs. Front and back balconies with a terrace and a beautiful view of the alley and sunrise. The building owners live on the ground floor; they have 2 young children, and we can hear the little one running in the morning. Living here are Tristan, my 22-year-old nephew, who is open-minded and a philosopher at heart :), as well as Léo and Léon, 2 neutered male cats. I am Karine, 42 years old; I work in the restaurant industry during the summer season, and in the autumn/winter, I develop my creative projects at home.
