Private room for one non-smoking guest located on the first floor of a house, featuring a kitchenette and a shared bathroom to be used with one other person. With a beautiful view of the Jura mountains, it is located in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. A car or other means of transport is highly recommended, as the house is located about twenty minutes by car from GVA and CERN, and forty minutes from the centre of Lausanne and EPFL. Tenants are requested not to wear shoes inside the house. Check-in is scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and check-out must take place before 10:00 a.m. A security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned after the inventory check on the day of departure. Please note that the ground floor of the house is reserved for the host's private use.
