Private, non-smoking room located on the first floor of a house, with a kitchenette and a shared bathroom. Beautiful views of the Jura Mountains are featured in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood.
Rental is possible for various lengths of time. It is reserved for women for long-term rentals.
A car or other means of transportation is strongly recommended, as the house is located about a twenty-minute drive from GVA and CERN, and forty minutes from the center of Lausanne and EPFL.
Tenants are requested not to wear shoes inside the house. Arrival is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., and departure is by 10 a.m. A security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned after the inventory check on the day of departure.
Please note that the ground floor of the house is reserved for the owner's private use.
