Very comfortable room, superbly located! Close to everything: Laval University, Cégep, hospitals (IUCPQ and CHUL), bus station, shopping centers, grocery stores, and pharmacies. Everything is within walking distance.
And public transport from early morning until late at night, very close to home.
The place is clean and quiet, the room is spacious and well-lit thanks to large windows. There is storage, a desk, a bookcase, a single bed, and you can control the temperature of your room. Everything is included: bedding, linens, cooking utensils, Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, etc.
The house has an air exchanger that cools or heats the air depending on the season. The air is clean and the place is carpet-free.
