A few meters from one of Le Havre's two marinas, this apartment welcomes you for a functional and pleasant stay.
The apartment is south facing, it is filled with light whatever the weather and you can see the Norman sky and its infinite nuances. It is located on the 1st floor, which makes entry and exit easy.

J'ai bien aimé la chambre, très spacieuse, avec une belle Vu sur la rue et un espace de travail calme et paisible . Le monsieur est très sympa et serviable, juste que des fois il se laisse en porté pas ses émotions en cas d'incident survenu avec un colocataire. Si non le reste ça va, respecter juste les règles intérieur en colocation et vous verrez que vous allez passer un séjour agréable chez Frédéric.
Pour loger chez Frédéric il faut avoir un sens du collectif relativement mature et indulgent. Dépendante de la qualité de mes co- hébergés et du vivre avec , étant très sensible et au fait de l.hygiène, après une remise à niveau de la propreté des lieux communs, finalement la vie commune s.est bien passée avec un respect des espaces de chacun tout en partageant de courts moments d.échange, pris dans nos vies actives.
