Colocation Paris 19 (Paris - 75019)

We are 2 roommates (1 man & 1 woman in their twenties) looking for a 3rd person (M/F aged in their twenties to thirties) from July 1st 2024. (Furnished bedroom + half of the dressing room)

📐The apartment is approximately 90 m2, with a small balcony, and is accessible by two elevators & stairs.

🏠It consists of 3 bedrooms, an entrance, an equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fan oven, a microwave and Kitchenaid & Thermomix food processors ), a living-dining room, a dressing room, separate WC and bathroom (with bathtub), and a balcony.

We do not have any animals, apart from my axolotl, Leviathan, who is in his aquarium in my room, but they are welcome (cat, small dog, rabbit, chinchilla, ferret, rodents)
