BHNS bus line: stop 550 m away: 10 min from the city centre and 12-13 min from the train stations.
Line 4: stop 600 m away towards the University stop, opposite the IAE, close to the science faculty and IUT.

Inverted house layout: I live upstairs and have my own private bathroom facilities (bathroom/toilet). The ground floor kitchen and shower room are for the tenants: these rooms function as an independent shared housing unit for two people who are quiet, clean, and respectful of others.
