Description
A 12 m² room in the Château de Hers/Cité Espaces area, strictly non-smoking, located on the ground floor of our house. Shared facilities include the kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and living room. Cleaning is included. Bed linens and towels are changed once a week. Pillows, duvets, and sheets are provided.
Just steps from bus stops L1 and L12 (Collège J.P. Vernant stop). For timetable information, please visit Tisséo.fr.
Very close to exit 17 of the eastern ring road, with easy access to the A61 and A62 motorways, as well as the Parc de la Plaine, the Cité de l'Espace (Space City), a cycle path, a supermarket, an open-air market, and various small shops.
Ideal for short stays such as training courses, internships, or business trips. A security deposit is required. For everyone's comfort, we ask that you keep quiet between 10 pm and 7 am and refrain from cooking between 9 pm and 7 am.

Mon séjour chez Christine et Olivier c'est super bien passé. C'était ma première expérience avec roomlala et je n'ai pas été déçu. Le logement était propre, dans un endroit calme. Christine et Olivier sont très gentils et toujours présent en cas de problème. Je recommande ce logement.

Nous ne connaissions pas roomlala et avons été très agréablement surpris. Le logement était agréable, propre, et spacieux dans un lieu calme et reposant.
