Bright apartment near Paris and Disney (Champigny-Sur-Marne - 94500)

Hello, we are renting our 65 m² apartment, located in Champigny-sur-Marne, in the Boullereaux district. Very quiet, the apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa. The living room, equipped with a sofa bed for two people, opens onto the kitchen and a large balcony with an unobstructed view. Located on the 3rd floor, the building has an elevator.
Regarding transportation, the RER E "Les Boullereaux" station is a few minutes' walk away, and bus stops are accessible right outside the building. The center of Champigny and the banks of the Marne River are easily accessible by car or bus, and the large Tremblay intercommunal park is a short walk away. The apartment also offers easy access to Disneyland Paris. Shops are nearby, with an Intermarché supermarket very close to the building. We also have a very friendly cat.
