Hi there!
We’re four roommates aged between 25 and 36, working in finance, corporate legal and banking, and we’re looking for a new housemate to join our shared home as one of us is moving out after five great years together.
The house is just a 2 minutes walk from Parc de Merl and right across from a bus stop (Line 15) which is super convenient for getting around. We are also a 15-minute walk from the city center. It’s a spacious 200 m² home spread over three main floors plus a basement. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and living room, a terrace for sunny days, two bathrooms, and plenty of storage space. The common areas are fully furnished and well taken care of, you’ll only need to furnish your own room.
The available room is about 20 m², located on the first floor. It’s spacious, quiet, and even comes with its own balcony.
As a household, we’re social but respectful of each other’s space. We enjoy cooking, watch movies together. Give us a call !
