Description
Room on the upper floor of our home from Monday to Friday for a single person – ideal for students or internships. Features a 140 cm bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and Wi-Fi. On the main floor, the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared. The hosts, Marylise and Frédéric (66 and 61 years old), are present, along with a very friendly large dog (your dog may be accepted after discussion and prior agreement). Another tenant is also in the neighbouring room. Smoking is permitted in the garden. Cool atmosphere. Bus routes D and HNS (15 min from downtown). Bus 4 to the university faculties is right in front of the house (20 min maximum travel time). Access to the north exit of Brest is 3 min by car. Local shops are 5 min on foot (pharmacy, bakery, produce market, tobacco shop, newsstand, pizzeria, market on Friday mornings). Woods and river are 5 min on foot. Please introduce yourself when booking; only profiles with verified identity will be considered.

Super accueil de la part de Marylise et Frédéric ! Bonne ambiance, bonne franquette, on a bien mangé et bien ri, sans aucune prise de tête... Que du bonheur. Même en n'y passant qu'une seule nuit l'atmosphère est immédiatement accueillante 😊 Facile à trouver également, et pas de questions à se poser pour se garer.
