Room in a quiet house, private bathroom. Shared kitchen and garden. The house is not very big, for reasons of space in the common areas, the room is offered for one person only. A deposit of 70 euros in cash is required upon arrival for the key, as well as a check for 150 euros (not cashed for long stays).
