Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The upstairs bathroom, which includes a shower, a sink and a toilet, is shared with the tenant of the other bedroom. Sheets and towels are included.
Guests can use the terrace and its garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with an American-style bar, all cooking equipment, and an American fridge.
For long-term rentals, the tenant has access to the living room, the office, the kitchen, the washing machine and the terrace. He must take care of the maintenance of his room, the bathroom and provide his laundry product. Long-term stays are not offered for couples.
Still active, I am generally more available in the evenings or on weekends to chat with my guests. A cat lives with us, inside and on the terrace. Very attached to courtesy, eco-friendly actions and a sustainable lifestyle, we use compost and recycle.

Le logement en lui-même était tout à fait correct, propre et confortable. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été entachée par des problèmes de communication et d’attitude de la part de la propriétaire. Bien qu'elle parle anglais, elle a choisi de ne s’adresser à moi qu’en français, ce qui a causé plusieurs malentendus. Par exemple, j’ai été réprimandée de manière assez rude pour avoir laissé entrer le chat, alors que cela résultait d’une mauvaise compréhension de ses consignes. Elle s’est également moquée de moi pour avoir mis certains légumes au réfrigérateur, sans jamais m’indiquer où les ranger. Plus globalement, elle attendait de moi que je suive ses habitudes et ses règles personnelles, sans les avoir expliquées au préalable. Lors de la résiliation du contrat, elle m’a demandé de payer un mois supplémentaire sous prétexte qu’elle n’avait pas trouvé de remplaçant, bien que cela n’ait jamais été mentionné dans notre accord. Enfin, elle formulait des remarques presque tous les deux jours, ce qui a rendu mon séjour inconfortable et m’a poussée à partir plus tôt que prévu. J’ai partagé des maisons et loué des chambres pendant six ans, et cela ne m’est jamais arrivé auparavant. En résumé, si le logement était convenable, l’ambiance relationnelle ne l’était pas.
L’apartement et la chambre est bien située. Elle répond rapide si on a un problèm. L'ambiance est plutôt tendue et on n'a pas l'impression d'être les bienvenus. C'est ok pour un court séjour mais pas pour un long.

Anne est une logeuse bienveillante et accueillante. Les échanges avec elle sont très intéressants. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans son appartement, qui est spacieux et très chaleureux. Avec une terrasse dont la vue donne sur le clocher de la place saint Michel. Pour une première expérience sur le site roomala, je suis très satisfaite.
Appartement avec 3 chambres à louer, absence de fenêtre dans « la chambre », chambre vendue avec salle de bain privative alors que j’ai du la partager avec Anne ainsi qu’un autre locataire… La salle de bain ne présente pas de pommeau de douche. Présence d’un chat (très gentil) non spécifié, l’appartement est grand, à proximité de moyens de transport cependant le quartier est assez mal fréquenté pour une fille. Les pièces à vivre sont grandes mais peu chaleureuses. Ces 2 mois sont passée vite mais je fuyais la chambre lors de mes jours de repos car sans fenêtres cela devient étouffant.

I just completed my 3-month stay in Anna's house and I am quite satisfied. The room is the right size for a student, although there is no desk to be able to work , inside the house there is an office where you can work and study in peace. If one likes to be outdoors there is a large terrace on which to relax and sunbathe. The kitchen and dining room are very spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. If you are an animal lover mostly of cats, then you will find missy to keep you company. The house is located in Saint Michel, which is very central area and well connected by bus and tram, but if you love to walk you are 10 to 15 minutes from the city center. Also, Anne is very accommodating and super helpful and if you want tips to increase your culinary skills she is the right person for you.
