17 m² furnished, spacious, and bright room in a beautiful, large Provençal house with garden and swimming pool.
Long-term rental for students.
Parking space available. Housekeeping included.
The large bathroom is yours for most of the year. It will be shared when we host friends or family.
Most of the year, only my husband and I live in the house, which guarantees your peace and privacy. However, we are always available if you want to share a moment, a drink, or a meal.
Peace and charm guaranteed, 10 minutes from downtown Aix-en-Provence by car. Public transportation, bakeries, tobacconists, and other shops are nearby.
