Beautiful room in the historic center with a private bathroom. Located in an old Querétaro mansion. Close to all tourist attractions, easy access to transportation. Shared common areas include a terrace, patio, and kitchen. Each room has its own coffee maker. There are six luxury rooms in a coliving environment for foreigners. There is a spa cabin for massages, by appointment only at an additional cost; a special price for residents. Accommodation is limited to one person per room; visitors are allowed in common areas, not in the rooms, and at set times. The property offers TV and Sky cable. Room cleaning is free once a week; if you require additional cleaning, it costs $150 extra. Laundry and drying services are available for a special fee. Smoking is permitted in open areas, not in the rooms. The security deposit applies to stays of more than one month and less than four weeks; it is provided at a rate of $1 per week.
