I am subletting a large room of approximately 15 m² in Paris, in the République / Haut Marais district (75003), in a 60 m² apartment. Everything is equipped: bed, wardrobe, bedding, table, fridge, washing machine, etc. Utilities include electricity, gas, fiber-optic internet, and the boiler service. You are ideally a non-smoker, quiet, clean, cheerful, vegetarian-friendly, and environmentally conscious. I work in the music and arts sector as a press agent, videographer, and exhibition curator. If you appreciate a collector's environment, this is the apartment for you! I use the third room as an office. There is no living room, but the bedroom is so comfortable that several housemates have stayed for a long time because they loved it so much. The apartment is located right next to the République and Temple metro stations, in the most dynamic neighbourhood in Paris, with many cultural offerings.
