The room, on the second floor, is ideal for a student or a working professional (M/F), close to Amay, Engis, Jemeppe, Seraing, and Liège, accessible by bus or train (train station and stops nearby). Parking is easy on the street, and a garage is available for a bicycle or a scooter. Many shops and services are located nearby. The bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and garden are to be shared. Cleaning is done once a week. It is included in the rental price. The other occupants of the house are: myself and my daughter, and Marx, a cuddly and independent cat. Sometimes, another tenant. The house benefits from a large garden with a vegetable patch and fruit trees. We speak French, English, and Italian. We understand Dutch, German, and Spanish.

Accueil et séjour agréable
Danielle est vraiment l’hôte parfaite. Gentille et attentionnée, elle m’a fait sentir à la maison. La chambre est lumineuse, spacieuse et propre; et la maison est grande. Liège est vraiment très accessible, en voiture ou transport en commun. A recommander sans hésitation.
