I am offering a beautiful, bright, pleasant, and quiet room in a 75 m², 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Shared housing with me, a friendly person in my fifties and an office automation trainer. The accommodation: - Partial lake view from the balcony. - Large living room opening onto a sunny balcony. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Bathroom with a large bathtub. - Basement laundry room with washing and drying machines. - Denner, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and park nearby. - 5 minutes from the "Bourg Dessus" stop. I will only be present 4 nights a week, from Monday evening to Friday morning. I am looking for a person or a couple who is: - Independent - Quiet - Clean - Non-smoker
