Apartment for seasonal rental (Die - 26150)

I'm offering my 50 m² apartment for seasonal rental (night/week) located in the heart of Die. Its ideal location allows easy access to shops on foot. The apartment comprises a first floor with a fully equipped living room-kitchen and a bathroom with toilet; this floor also has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard of a small vegetarian restaurant, which is very lively in summer.

The main living room, approximately 20 m², is not very bright but remains cool during the hot summer months.

Upstairs is a very bright bedroom, opening onto a sunny terrace from which you can admire the Glandasse mountain. This bedroom is my daughter's, as we occupy the apartment outside of rental periods. In this room, a small door gives access to an attic space, with a maximum height of 1.50 m at its highest point, which is my bedroom. It is very welcoming despite the low ceiling height.
