Bright and warm apartment in the city center of Briançon. Located in a very lively area in summer, with bars and restaurants in the street just behind the building. Next to the Parc de la Chappe, its lake and its shaded lawns. 10 minutes walk from the start of the ski slopes and 15 minutes from the historic city of Vauban.
The accommodation is composed of 3 bedrooms, a small balcony, a living room kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. A high season rate in August, then from September 15 to December 12 at a local rate. The accommodation may be available for longer but nothing is defined at the moment. For monthly rentals from September 15, electricity and water charges will be payable at the end of each month on meter reading.
