The apartment is located in the village, facing a park and a short walk from Beaudry and Papineau stations. Many restaurants and shops are nearby, with pharmacies and Métro and Super C grocery stores within a 5-minute walk.

Apartment features:
- Private bedroom furnished with a bed, desk, and storage.
- Shared living room equipped with a sofa and television.
- Fully equipped kitchen including appliances, dishes, and utensils.
- Large, functional shared bathroom (bathtub currently being repaired).
- Laundry room with washer and dryer available.
- Non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
- Balcony access.

Rent includes heat, electricity, and high-speed internet. Lease transfer fees apply.
