Description
Hello, I am only looking for women (do not worry, we have neighbours;-)) to rent 1 or 2 of my rooms. I am a 47-year-old man who is very focused on cleaning and order. You would have your own "space," so we would rarely cross paths: there are 4 rooms, depending on whether there is a second candidate, you would keep the 4 rooms (50m2 for the 4 of you, you could make a living room if you wish). Followed by a hallway, bathroom, toilet, open-plan kitchen, 60m2 living room, and my bedroom at the other end of the apartment (160m2, there is plenty of space). And after 4 years of shared housing mostly with men, I would rather have one or two female roommates in a spotless apartment than one man. You must have a vehicle (15 min from Dax and Tyrosse, 25 min from the beaches), have a permanent employment contract (sorry, too many issues), and no drugs. See you soon.
