We are owner-occupants of a duplex and live on the main floor with our two daughters, aged 9 and 14. We have a 5 ½ on the upper floor that includes my home office, but two bedrooms are available for rent: one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with a single bed (an additional single bed can be provided if you are a family with two children). I need to access the office two days a week, but the rest of the apartment is available for your use: the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There are also two balconies (front and back). The apartment is fully equipped, with ventilation or a window air conditioner. There are toys and children's books if you are a family. Bus lines 95, 18, and 131 are nearby. It is 10 minutes from Assomption metro station. Several shops and pharmacies are within a reasonable walking distance. There is a public market every Saturday at Joseph-Paré Park. Easy street parking.
