This bright, self-contained apartment overlooks a shaded garden equipped with deckchairs and a table for outdoor dining. It includes an air-conditioned bedroom and a 90cm sofa bed in the living room. Another bedroom has a 160cm bed with a TV. The new kitchen is well-equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, and refrigerator. The bathroom includes a private toilet. Sheets, towels, and tea towels are provided, except for beach towels.
Hypermarkets are 1.5 km away in Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle, and all amenities are nearby. A restaurant is 500 meters away, and several good restaurants and pizzerias are available in the area.
