Downtown Toulon and universities are accessible in a few minutes. Each bedroom (individual lease) features: - A large bed with storage and a new mattress (140x190), - Storage furniture (wardrobe, dresser, bedside table), - A desk with a chair and lamp. All furniture is modern and high-quality; you will truly feel at home. Expenses include: Internet, electricity, cold water, hot water, heating, and standard co-ownership fees payable by the tenant. A Netflix subscription is provided for the shared housing! No surprises regarding expenses, all you need to do is take out tenant insurance. Private collective parking, cellar, and bike storage included. Guarantors or a Visale guarantee required. Two months of security deposit required.
