28m² private accommodation — in exchange for childcare (Le Pré-Saint-Gervais - 93310)

🤝 The Deal

I am looking for someone to take care of my 6-year-old son, Solal. In exchange, I offer:

- 🏠 A 28 m² private living space within my home, including utilities (water, electricity, heating, internet, home insurance).
- 💶 A monthly net compensation of €200, declared via CESU.

📍 Location: Le Pré-Saint-Gervais (93), 15 minutes from Paris, near the Mairie des Lilas / Hoche metro stations. Couples are welcome.

🏠 The Accommodation

The approximately 28 m² space includes a living area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. Although both living spaces are connected, you have your own space and privacy, with a separate door.

⏰ The Schedule

- 🌙 2 weeknights (Monday-Thursday): from 6:00 PM until dropping him off at school the next morning.
- 🌆 1 weekday evening: from 6:00 PM until I return.
- 🌙 1 weekend night: from 6:00 PM to 11:00 AM.
- ➕ 2 nights per month, to be decided together.

🗓️ The schedule is set every Friday for the following week, with no last-minute changes.
