Near Paris and Pontoise, discover a beautiful 20 m² room, bright, overlooking the garden and located on the 1st floor of my house.
Cormeilles is a quiet and secure town, close to the lovely banks of the Seine and the forest where you can go for walks. My house is located a 15-minute walk from the train station (5 minutes by bus). You can reach Gare Saint-Lazare, in the centre of Paris, in 20 minutes or Pontoise in 16 minutes (Line J).
I occupy the ground floor with my 22-year-old daughter, so you will have your own private space on the 1st floor. The bathroom and toilet are to be shared with my daughter.
This stay is reserved for women aged 20 and over. You will have access to the kitchen, the living room and the garden.
I am looking for a friendly and open-minded tenant who is also respectful of the space and its occupants. Smokers are accepted, but exclusively in the garden, even in winter.
For your information, I have an adorable little dog.
