There are 2 rooms available in our shared housing in St Priest; it is a 4-bedroom apartment, so 2 are currently occupied. The apartment is located above the offices of a carpentry shop near Parilly Park, the fire station, and the Université Lyon 2 tram stop. The apartment is quite large, at 140 m2, it is new, and it has a balcony. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and a balcony shared with the other tenant who is already living there; the rent for this one is €650, while the other, which shares a bathroom with 3 people, is €550/month. There is a garage, and I would prefer to find 2 gay men. The apartment needs a nice, friendly, and warm atmosphere where we could share evenings together.
