2-room independent unit in a house with a terrace (Reyrieux - 01600)

Welcome to your cozy retreat in Le Villard, a 40 m² holiday cottage with a 3* Clévacances rating, attached to our main residence. Available for a rental of 3 months maximum without APL (housing assistance), this accommodation sleeps a maximum of 2 people. The space can be configured to suit a couple or colleagues, featuring a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a living room equipped with a sofa bed, to be prepared upon request. You will have access to fibre-optic internet, a workspace, and a private kitchenette. This kitchenette is located in our laundry room, separated from your private area by a closed door. Our three cats use a cat flap to pass through the laundry room, but they will not enter your space. During the season, you will enjoy a private terrace and a shared swimming pool, used on a rotating basis until 9:00 PM. Bed sheets and towels are provided, but please bring your own hair dryer. The cottage is non-smoking, and parties and outside guests are not allowed. A secure bike storage area is available. Parking is provided in the enclosed courtyard or on the street.
