Very quiet room, located 200 m from the RER B line, Palaiseau-Villebon station, and 500 m from the city centre. You have a fridge in your room, and household linen (bed sheets and towels) is provided every 15 days. A microwave is at your disposal, as well as access to the kitchen every day except Sunday, and Wi-Fi. You will also find an iron and ironing board. Depending on availability, a private bathroom may be assigned, otherwise it is to be shared between two people (with a personal sink). Very quiet house, ideal for students. Garden at your disposal. The host lives on-site. Washing machine not accessible. Laundromat in the city centre 400 m away.
I would like to specify that the accommodation is NON-smoking.
You are responsible for cleaning your room, as well as the bathroom. This must be done every week and the bathroom must be kept impeccable for mutual respect.

Je suis très satisfait par ma location chez Ester. J'ai été très bien accueilli, l'hygiène est très bonne, la maison est dans un lieu très calme. Je peux recommander cet endroit à tout travailleur/cadre voulant se reposer le soir ou à un étudiant studieux. Stéphane
