Our apartment is a 125 m² duplex located on the second and top floor. It is pleasant to live in, simple, and functional. We offer an 18 m² room for rent located on the upper level. This room has a private balcony and is equipped with a desk, a double bed with four drawers, as well as a low drawer unit. Nearby, you will find shops, a swimming pool, a football stadium, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs. Hautepierre Hospital is accessible in a 10-minute walk. Two bus stops a 5-minute walk away provide access to the train station and the city centre. The trip by bus or tram takes about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to inform our tenants that we have two cats and a medium-sized dog. Rent is inclusive of charges (water, electricity, and cleaning of common areas). Tenants are responsible for cleaning the upstairs toilet. Bathroom cleaning is shared among the residents according to a monthly schedule.
