Client in contrôlable. A refuser systématiquement
Ce fut une très mauvaise expérience, on comprend mieux le prix une fois arrivé sur place et ça ne les vaut même pas, les lieux sont sales et mal entretenus, le propriétaire est antipathique et asociale, une fois arrivé, il fera tout pour vous faire payer "divers frais" déjà inclus dans le loyer de base et essaiera de vous dégager par tous les moyens.
