Description
Our apartment is a 125 m² duplex located on the 2nd and top floor; it is pleasant to live in, simple, and functional. We are offering a 14 m² room for rent located on the main floor of the apartment. It is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a clothing rack, and a small table with an ottoman. You will have access to the living room, kitchen, balcony, and shared bathroom. There are shops nearby, a swimming pool, a soccer stadium, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs. The Hautepierre hospital is a 10-minute walk away. Two bus stops a 5-minute walk away provide access to the train station and the city center. The journey by bus or tram takes about 10 to 15 minutes. We wish to inform our tenants that a €200 security deposit in cash is required upon handing over the keys. It is returned at the end of the stay, subject to the inventory check. Rent includes utilities. Tenants are responsible for cleaning the downstairs toilet and their own room.
