My home is located in the historic and residential neighbourhood of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, near the river and just a few minutes by car, bus, or bicycle from Place Plumereau in Tours (about twenty minutes on foot). A direct bus serves the centre of Tours and its train station (15 minutes). The environment is very quiet. The bedroom is well-insulated, in both summer and winter, and it is adjacent to another room for rent. A shower room and WC, as well as a small kitchenette, are to be shared with another tenant, and maintenance of these areas is your responsibility or shared. For tenants travelling for professional purposes or students only.
