I am offering a 12 m² room with a double bed (140 cm), desk, closet, Wi-Fi, and a garage for a bicycle or scooter. Ideal for a young student, intern, or someone on a fixed-term contract (CDD). I offer a mobility lease, which may be eligible for housing assistance (APL). We will share the kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and toilet in a respectful and friendly atmosphere. Loulou the cat lives with us. The apartment is located near the port of Cubzac-les-Ponts, on the banks of the Dordogne River. The train station is a few minutes away by car or about a ten-minute walk, with twenty-minute trips to Bordeaux and ten-minute trips to Sainte-Eulalie (shopping centre). I am 60 years old, I am a nursing assistant, and I work in downtown Bordeaux. I am renting out my daughter's room, who is currently in Australia.
