1 room for rent in a 4-room apartment in Fresnes (Fresnes - 94260)

If you want to be near Paris without the high prices, Fresnes is the perfect spot. We are on the 3rd floor of a quiet 1970s building with no elevator. Your room features a double bed and closets. The apartment is permanently occupied by my niece and me, and we would be delighted to welcome you to our humble home. You have access to the entire apartment, except, of course, for our personal bedrooms. The bathroom and toilet are shared. Each room has its own key.In the kitchen, we will make space for you in the fridge. Upon request, I can prepare homemade meals for you. It would be my pleasure to share what we have planned for our meals with you for an affordable price, which will help you save on eating out.If you are looking for a long-term stay (3 months or more, we can discuss the rental agreement, housing assistance, etc.).
