Very quiet room, 200m from the RER B line and the Palaiseau Villebon station, 25 minutes from Paris and 500m from the town centre. You have a fridge in your room, linens (bed sheets and towels) are provided every 15 days, and a microwave is at your disposal. Access to the kitchen every day except Sundays. Access to Wi-Fi, ironing essentials, with, subject to availability, a private or shared bathroom (with personal sink). Garden available for your use. Very quiet house, ideal for students. Host lives on-site. Washing machine is not accessible. Laundromat in the town centre 400m away. Cleaning of your room is your responsibility, as well as cleaning the bathroom, which must be done weekly. The bathroom must be kept spotless out of mutual respect. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
