Let's rent a room in a large family apartment, located within a pedestrian residential complex with all amenities: pharmacy, doctors, bookstore/stationery, supermarket, bakery, etc. Close to Montreuil train station (8-minute walk) for La Défense or Paris Saint-Lazare and Porchefontaine train station (15-minute walk) for Paris Montparnasse. Near Hoche and La Bruyère high schools (10-minute walk) and UVSQ (Université de Versailles – Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines) (15 to 20-minute walk).We are a couple who work from home. Our space is separate from the tenants' to ensure everyone's privacy. As a tenant, you will share a shower room with a toilet with another student. Use of the washing machine and kitchen is allowed, with a dedicated spot in the fridge, and a bike storage area.We offer a family atmosphere and emphasize that our accommodation is non-smoking. Two female cats keep us company.
