We are renting a room in a large family apartment, located in a pedestrian residence with all amenities: pharmacy, doctors, bookstore-stationery, supermarket, bakery, etc. Close to Montreuil train station (8-minute walk) for La Défense or Paris Saint-Lazare and Porchefontaine train station (15-minute walk) for Paris Montparnasse. Near Hoche and La Bruyère high schools (10-minute walk) and UVSQ (University of Versailles – Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines) (15 to 20-minute walk).
We are a couple who work from home. Our space is separated from that of the tenants to ensure everyone's privacy. As a tenant, you will share a shower room with toilet with another female student. Use of the washing machine and kitchen is permitted, with a reserved spot in the refrigerator, and a bicycle storage room.
We offer a family atmosphere and emphasize that our accommodation is smoke-free. We have two female cats.
