2 bedroom basement suite in upper highlands. Chill, quiet spot with nice view! Has excellent wifi, in-suite washer and dryer full kitchen with dishwasher . Open concept living in dining area with nice light. Recently partial renovated room with updated lighting and dimmer. Lots of storage and somewhat of a “blank slate” for someone wanting to decorate and make it more homey:).
The house is also made energy friendly which keeps the utility bill extremely low the entire year.
Current roommate is an easy going, open
minded 36 yo electrician who works full time. Has a sailboat and enjoys other Squamish activities and just chillen. Has lived in Squamish for 4 and a half years and is from Ontario. Rent is $1100 plus utilities (usually about $100 a month including wifi)
